May 19-31, 2015 / Gallery Nectar
The project “Women from the Mines” researches and presents the stories of those women, who work at mines of Chiatura. Lali Gaprindashvili and Marina Kobakhidze have been working there for years and tell us about their work experience and their everyday life.
Photo stories are made by the students of Chiatura public school #2 - Mariam Mumladze and Mariam Tsitsvidze.
The project was the collaboration of Mariam Kapanadze and GeoAIR.
The project was funded by the “Caucasian House” and the European Foundation "Horizon."
The exhibition was also supported by Caparol Georgia.
