GeoAIR has been operating from 2003 without any physical space. From January 2010 it runs a residency program and a space situated in the center of the city. It consists of two rooms, 50 square meter living space (with natural light, heating, electricity, kitchen, bathroom and Wi-Fi) connected to 10 square meter working space equipped with computer and Internet connection. GeoAIR archive, with portfolios of Georgian artists, printed matter connected to contemporary art from Caucasus region and the library, are also housed in the workspace.
